1 hour before cooking , mix white bbq sauce , sugar & slaw together and place in fridge
Once slaw is ready heat griddle to medium high .put down 2 tbs of bacon grease Place your burger press on griddle to heat up
Place a 1/3 pound ball of pulled pork on griddle
Dust with bbq rub
Then smash
Flip after 3 minutes
Let cook another three
Place down more bacon grease
Toast buns
Then build your sandwiches and enjoy !
