Pulled Pork Smash Burgers: Easy Recipe for BBQ Lovers

Ingredients

  • 8 brioche buns
  • 5-6 tablespoons of bacon grease
  • 1/4 cup bbq rub
  • 3 pound of pulled pork
  • 1 bottle white bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 bag coleslaw

Instructions

  • 1 hour before cooking , mix white bbq sauce , sugar & slaw together and place in fridge
  • Once slaw is ready heat griddle to medium high .put down 2 tbs of bacon grease Place your burger press on griddle to heat up
  • Place a 1/3 pound ball of pulled pork on griddle
  • Dust with bbq rub
  • Then smash
  • Flip after 3 minutes
  • Let cook another three
  • Place down more bacon grease
  • Toast buns
  • Then build your sandwiches and enjoy !
