Quesadilla Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • Malcom’s grande gringo seasoning
  • Taco size flour tortillas
  • 8 oz block pepper jack cheese shredded
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tub of queso
  • Guac
  • Pico
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Form burgers into half pound Pattys , season and let set in fridge for 30-60 minutes
  • On a hot griddle grill pattys about 4-5 per side , cook tortillas while that’s going on , once burgers are cooked lay down a layer of pepper jack about the size of your burger
  • Lay patty on cheese and cook for about a minute
  • This will form a cheese skirt
  • Remove from heat build burgers
  • I used queso , lettuce , pico and guac for my toppings
  • Use whatever you like and enjoy !!
