Form ground beef into a thin layer a little bigger than the pack of buns
Form this onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Season and place in fridge for at least thirty minutes
I did mine on the griddle on a medium high heat
Start with toasting buns in butter
Them cook onions and jalapeños in the bacon grease
Then place meat patty on griddle and peel parchment
Season backside
After 3/5 minutes flip , add layer of cheese , onions jalapeños and then another layer of cheese
Once melted place on toasted buns
Add bacon and top buns
Slice into sliders and then each one in half
Heat queso in cast iron
Place sliders cut side down in bubbling queso & serve !
