Ranch Beans: Easy One-Pot Comfort Food Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 - 28oz. can pork and beans
  • 2-15.5oz. Pinto beans
  • 1 15.5oz. kidney beans
  • 1lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  • Drain any excess grease.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
