Redneck Crab Claws

Ingredients

  • 1 -2 pounds of a cooked pork butt , pulled into 1x1 chunks approximately
  • 2 tubs bacon up
  • 2 packs of hush puppy mix (mix to package directions make sure to get everything needed for that )
  • Extra milk to thin batter
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ths dill relish
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp creole mustard
  • 1 tbs ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • Tsp hot sauce
  • Juice of lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First mix mayo , ketchup , relish , mustard , garlic , Worcestershire, hot sauce lemon juicy , salt , pepper and Cajun seasoning
  • Place in fridge for at least an hour
  • Mix your hush puppy mix to package directions , then add milk till it’s a good consistency
  • Dip your chunks of pulled pork into the batter
  • Then fry in your 350 degreee grease
  • They don’t take long about 1-2 minutes per side
  • Serve and enjoy
