Roast Corn and Bacon Gringo Guacamole: A Bold Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe avocados
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, diced up
  • 1/2 cup roasted or grilled corn
  • 1 tbsp fire roasted chilies
  • 1 tbsp mince jalapeños
  • 2 cloves mince garlic
  • 1 tbsp of my West Coast Shake or Mexican seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add everything to a bowl, mashed it all up and combine everything
  • Chill in the fridge for a few
  • Serve with fresh tortilla chips and enjoy!
