Remove any wilted outer leaves from the cabbage, then slice into 1-inch-thick steaks.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spread a portion of the grease onto the paper.
Arrange the cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the remaining grease.
Sprinkle evenly with the seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Bake on the center rack for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
