Sausage Chicken Gnocchi Skillet: Quick One-Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • Avocado olive oil to grease skillet
  • 1 lb ground Italian Sausage
  • 2 Cups Precooked Chicken Cut in 1/2" Rices
  • 1 15oz Jar Sun-dried tomato Sauce
  • 2 Cup water
  • 5 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 CUP Chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Lightly grease Skillet with oil & Place on med-high heat.
  • Add Sausage & Cook until browned and no Pink.
  • Drain grease & leave Sausage in skillet.
  • ADD the Chicken, Gnocchi, Sundried Tomato Sauce.
  • Pour the water into the Jas & give it a shake then add to the skillet.
  • Stir to Combine ingredients.
  • Bring mixture to a Simmer then reduce heat low & cover the skillet and Cook another 3-4 minutes until Spinach is wilted.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and additional basil before Serving.
