Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed bread (1 French loaf)
  • 20oz. Can crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and butter, and beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add the eggs and pineapple, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the cubed bread, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread into an even layer.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
