Seafood Pasta Salad: Easy Hearts of Palm Noodle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package hearts of palm noodles, rinsed very well and drained
  • 6 ounces crab meat
  • 1/2 English cucumber, diced
  • 6 sweet peppers, diced
  • 1/3 purple onion, diced
  • Black olives, sliced (amount to your preference)
  • 2–3 tablespoons Tones Pasta Perfection Seasoning
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Light Zesty Italian dressing
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Rinse the hearts of palm noodles thoroughly under cold water and drain well
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the hearts of palm noodles, crab meat, cucumber, sweet peppers, purple onion, and black olives
  • Sprinkle with Tones Pasta Perfection Seasoning and toss to evenly coat
  • Pour in the Light Zesty Italian dressing and mix until everything is well combined
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend
  • Before serving, give the salad a quick stir and garnish with fresh parsley
