Mix pork , green onion ,1 cup slaw mix , seasame oil, ginger paste ,& garlic paste in a bowl
Then spread thin layer on one side of each egg roll wrapper
Take remaining slaw mix , add mayo , siracha and rice vinegar and mix and set to the side
Mix soy and chilli sauce
Set aside for dipping
Now to a hot griddle get down olive oil and grill tacos 3 minutes each side over a medium high heat
Then serve with slaw and dipping sauce and enjoy !!
