Smoked Cajun Corn: Easy Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ears of fresh corn on the cob
  • 5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 3 tbs Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Start by shucking and cleaning corn if it’s still in the husk
  • Place in a pan suitable for baking
  • An aluminum pan works great for this
  • Cut stick of butter into pads and place all over the corn
  • Then cover with heavy cream
  • Sprinkle Cajun seasoning all over the top
  • Place in smoker or oven at 350 for an hour turning half way through
  • Remove and enjoy !
