Mix 1 tbsp hot sauce, garlic jalapeño rub and red pepper flakes with the ground beef
Form the beef into a loaf and place it on a wire rack
In a Dutch oven, add tomatoes, green chilies, chili seasoning, remaining hot sauce and beef stock
Set your smoker to 275°F
Place the wire rack with the beef loaf on top of the Dutch oven and place everything in the smoker
Smoke for 1 hour
Remove from the smoker
Break up the meat into the chili and mix well
