Place dough balls on a greased cookie sheet , at least 2 inches apart
Spray tops of rolls with cooking spray
Cover with plastic wrap
Spray bottom side of plastic wrap also , to ensure it won’t stick
Let proof 4 hours
Cut sausage into
5” pieces
Flatten dough ball , place smoked sausage in center and roll it up and close ends
Place in greased pan
Let proof another 1-2 hours , top with shredded cheese and jalapeños if desired
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown
You can cover with foil if the edges start getting dark too soon
Remove and enjoy !!
