Smoky Charcoal Grilled Tomahawk Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomahawk steak
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 3 tbs Killer hogs AP seasoning ( salt pepper garlic )
  • 3 tbs killer hogs steak rub

Instructions

  • Season steak with AP 5 hours before grilling
  • Then in the last hour season with steak rub
  • Then fire up your charcoal grill
  • You want at least 500 degrees
  • The hotter the better
  • Set grill up with a hot side and a cool side
  • Grill steak directly over coals , flippping every two minutes
  • Once you have achieved the crust you desire
  • Move to the indirect side and let it cook till it hits 128 degrees in the dead center
  • Remove from heat let rest for 10 minutes
  • Slice and enjoy !
