Chop up your brisket
In a bowl, add the shrimp, garlic paste, seasoning and oil
Mix and set aside to marinate
Heat up your griddle or pan and add some olive oil
Cook the shrimp all the way through
Remove the shrimp and chop them up
Add butter to the griddle or pan and sprinkle parmesan over the butter
Add a tortilla, top with cheddar, brisket, shrimp and mozzarella
Cover with another tortilla
After a couple minutes and the cheese is melting, flip the quesadilla and cook for another couple minutes
Remove from the griddle and slice into 4ths
For the cream sauce: add butter, garlic paste and bacon to a pan and sauté for 2–3 minutes
Pour in the cream and heat through
Add the parmesan
Simmer until the sauce reaches desired thickness
