Spicy Thai Steak Sticks: Easy Grilled Flavor on Skewers

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds steak( I used sirloin cap)
  • 3 bottles sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 oz bottle soy sauce
  • 4-5 tsp seasame oil
  • 3-4 tsp ginger paste
  • 2/3 tsp minced garlic
  • Wooden skewers
  • 1 bunch green onions ( sliced )

Instructions

  • Cut steak into thin strips about 1” wide 4-5” long
  • Skewer them onto your sticks
  • Now let’s mix the marinade , mix all your other incidents ,stir together
  • Pour half on the meat and refrigerate for at least 12 hours
  • Reserve the other half of marinade for grilling
  • When ready to cook , grill them straight over hot coals
  • Baste with remaining sauce as they cook
