Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Soy
  • 3/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 ribeyes or steak of choice

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, all ingredients except for the steaks
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes
  • When done remove from the heat and allow the marinade to completely cooled
  • Once cooled pour marinade over the steaks and refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 6 hours
  • Before grilling remove from the marinade and allow an excess liquid to drip off
  • Grill over direct heat to desired doneness
  • Allow to rest and serve when ready
