Steakhouse No Flip Burgers: Easy Grilling Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • 6 brioche buns
  • 6 slices provolone
  • 1 tub of French fried onions
  • 1 bottle of your favorite steak sauce
  • Killer hogs steak rub
  • Killer hogs TX
  • Lettuce tomato , pickles and any other desire garnishes
  • 5 cup Mayo

Instructions

  • Start by mixing mayo , 1 tbs of steak rub & 3 tbs of steak sauce
  • Mix well , taste and adjust if needed
  • Pat out your Pattys to 1/2 pound , season both sides well with TX and steak rub
  • Place on 250 degree pellet smoker
  • After 30 minutes glaze with steak sauce
  • Let cook for additional 15 minutes
  • Add cheese and onions
  • Once cheese is melted
  • It’s time to build your burger and enjoy !
