Start by slicing strawberries and jalapeños pretty Thick
Around 1/4” thick
Now grab a pot or a Dutch oven
Over a medium heat add apple cider vinegar, and mix in sugar
Stir till dissolved
Add garlic , ginger , tumeric , mustard seed , juice of lemon
Bring to a simmer
Once simmering int add in jalapeños
After 8 minutes add strawberries
Only let these go for 3-4 minutes
Immediately cut the heat
This will fill two pint size mason jars
Flip over while they cool abd they will seal
Once cool they are ready to enjoy
