Start with separating wings, if using whole wings
Then season with poultry rub
Let that set in while you fire up your smoker
You want to settle in at 225/250 degrees
Place wings on smoker for one hour
After an hour it’s time to wrap , I like using a disposable aluminum pan
Start with placing half your hot sauce , half your honey and half your butter in bottom of pan
Place cooked wings on top
Repeat your layers with the rest of ingredients
Also adding brown sugar
Place lid on top and return to smoker for 1 hour
Then remove from pan and place back on for 10-15 minutes to tack up sauce
