Cook the fries according to directions on back
Fry the hamburger with a little seasoning until cooked all the way through
Scramble the eggs with a little salt and butter
To make the cream sauce: melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan
Whisk in the flour and cook for 2–3 minutes
Add some seasoning and pour in the cream
Whisk in the parmesan and continue whisking until thickened
Add the fries to a bowl, top with the eggs and ground beef
Pour over the cream sauce and add shredded cheddar jack on top
Place in a 425°F oven for 10–15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
