Taco Casserole: Creamy Dorito Beef Bake

Ingredients

  • 2-8 count tubes of crescent rolls
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • 1 bag Doritos nacho cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 tub queso
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
  • Lettuce and tomato for garnish
  • Non stick spear

Instructions

  • Preheat that oven to 350 degrees. Brown your ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Now let’s grab a casserole dish & get it sprayed.
  • Take your crescent rolls and form a crust on the bottom and sides. Now crush enough cdorritos to cover the crescent roll layer .
  • Next layer is your ground beef , followed by the sour cream . Spread that evenly and now your will spread 3/4 of your tub of queso .
  • Top with cheddar . Now bake for 15-20 minutes . Remove and add a layer of crushed Doritos .
  • Return to oven for 10 more minutes . Then enjoy !
