Uncrustables Donuts: Easy Fried Treats

Ingredients

  • Uncrustables
  • Pancake mix
  • Oil, for frying
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Unwrap the Uncrustables and punch a hole through the center of each one, reserving the donut holes.
  • Heat the oil to 375°F.
  • Coat each Uncrustable and donut hole completely in the prepared pancake mix.
  • Carefully add the Uncrustables to the hot oil and fry for about 1 minute per side, or until golden brown. Fry the donut holes the same way.
  • Remove from the oil and transfer to a cooling rack.
  • Dust generously with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy.
