Ingredients
- 4 buttermilk biscuits
- 4 eggs scrambled
- 6 slices of cooked bacon chopped
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 1/2 packet gravy mix
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cut the biscuits into small pieces and add to a bowl
- Add the eggs, seasoning, cheese, gravy mix, bacon and cream to the bowl and mix well
- Spoon mixture into a greased muffin pan
- Place in a 375°F oven for 25–30 minutes or until eggs are cooked through
