Cajun Butter Ribeyes

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks around 1” thick
  • Cajun seasoning of your choice I used allquedup bayou bandit
  • 2 sticks room temp butter
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp creole mustard
  • 2-4 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix butter , creole mustard , 3-4 tsp Cajun seasoning and parsley in a bowl
  • Lay out a piece of plastic wrap place butter in center and roll into log
  • Place in fridge till firm 2-3hours
  • Season steaks at the same time with Cajun seasoning and place in fridge as well
  • Place steaks on counter one hour before cooking
  • Heat olive oil in bottom of skillet on a medium heat cook 3 minutes a side , adding a scoop of butter to the skillet the last minute
  • Remove rest and enjoy
