Mix butter , creole mustard , 3-4 tsp Cajun seasoning and parsley in a bowl
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap place butter in center and roll into log
Place in fridge till firm 2-3hours
Season steaks at the same time with Cajun seasoning and place in fridge as well
Place steaks on counter one hour before cooking
Heat olive oil in bottom of skillet on a medium heat cook 3 minutes a side , adding a scoop of butter to the skillet the last minute
Remove rest and enjoy
