Chinese Steak and Vegetable Stir Fry: Quick and Easy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos (Liquid)
  • 1½-2 Pounds skirt steak, or steak of choice,
  • 2 green bell peppers, Cut into small Chunks
  • 2 Red bell peppers, cut into small chunks
  • 8 oz bag of Sugar Snap Peas, Rinsed & drained
  • 1 Lg onion, cut into Chunks
  • 1 head broccoli, Cut into Small Pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 14 oz bottle of P.F. Changs Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the steak, baking Soda, and Coconut Aminos. Combine well, Cover, and let Set for 20-25 minutes.
  • In a wok or large skillet, heat Sesame oil on Medium high heat until oil comes to a smoke.
  • Add steak and fry, Tossing it around, until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same Wok, Add garlic and cook for about one minute.
  • Add all vegetables and stir fry Them Just before tender.
  • Add steak to the vegetables and Stir.
  • Pour in entire bottle of teriyaki Sauce and stir until sauce thickens and begins to coat the meat and Vegetables.
  • Remove from heat and Serve with Rice and egg rolls.
