Chopped Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs: Easy Weeknight Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 pilsbury French bread loaf ( in tube)
  • 5 cups cheddar
  • 1 fresh jalapeno sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts from a rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 head of lettuce
  • Tomato with stem removed
  • 2 cups ranch dressing
  • 6-8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • On a baking sheet spread olive oil
  • Place dough seam side down and form an even loaf
  • Cut four slits in dough
  • Top with cheese and jalapeno slices
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Then add bacon , ranch , tomato and lettuce
  • Chop and mix
  • Slice bread and fill with mixture then enjoy !!
