Cinnamon Chocolate Bread Pudding: Easy Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of cinnamon swirl bread.
  • 5 jumbo eggs.
  • 1/2 heavy cream.
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Dessert Shake.
  • Butter.

Instructions

  • Chop the loaf of bread into pieces
  • Mix the eggs with the cream and 1/2 of the Dessert Shake
  • Pour the egg mix over the bread
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix thoroughly
  • Let the bread sit for 5 minutes to absorb the custard
  • Pour mix into a greased baking dish
  • Add 6 pats of butter over the bread and sprinkle the other 1/2 of the Dessert Shake over the top
  • Place in a 350F oven for 25 minutes
  • Remove, let cool for a few minutes, slice pieces out, serve and enjoy
