Pound Chuck steaks thin , and heat up one tub of bacon up
Whisk eggs milk and hot sauce together
Mix 3 cups of flour , all purpose seasoning & paprika together
Place steaks in flour then egg wash then back in flour
Once bacon grease reaches 350 fry about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown
For the queso melt 2 tbs of bacon up once melted add 2 tbs of flour whisk for about a minute
Slowly add in milk
Bring to simmer
Add cheese, Rotel & Mexican seasoning
Once melted and brought to a simmer
