Ingredients

  • 1 lb bag of potatoes O’Brien.
  • 2 cups chopped and cooked bacon.
  • 10oz can Fire roasted corn.
  • 10oz can cream of chicken soup.
  • 10oz can cream of mushroom soup.
  • 4 cups chicken stock.
  • 2 cups water.
  • 1 cup heavy cream.
  • 1 tbsp garlic all purpose seasoning.
  • Sliced green onions and shredded cheddar cheese for garnish.

Instructions

  • 1- Add all ingredients to the crock pot
  • 2- Stir to combine everything
  • 3- Set crockpot to high and cook for 2 hours
  • Stir occasionally
  • 4- Label soup into bowls and top with the green onions and shredded cheese
