Crispy Chicken Parmesan Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

Ingredients

  • Marinated chicken breast
  • Italian bread crumbs and panko bread crumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Marinara sauce
  • AP flour
  • Eggs
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Butterfly and pound the chicken breast evenly
  • Coat the chicken breast in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs
  • Heat olive oil on medium-high heat
  • Fry the chicken breast until it reaches 165°F internal temperature
  • Slice the package of Hawaiian rolls in half
  • Add slices of mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of the rolls
  • Place the fried chicken breast on top
  • Sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken
  • Add more sliced mozzarella over the chicken
  • Spoon marinara sauce on top
  • Add the top half of the rolls
  • Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the rolls
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes
