Ingredients

  • 8oz sausage
  • 1 cup uncooked shrimp diced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp mined garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  • Start with frying the sausage, cook thoroughly
  • Sauté the onions and carrots in olive oil
  • Add the garlic and shrimp
  • Cook the shrimp through
  • Add the sprouts and cabbage
  • Pour on the soy sauce, sesame oil and hot sauce
  • Mix all ingredients together and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!
