Grilled Shrimp Boil Foil Packets: Easy Summer Seafood Feast

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 2 large lemons
  • 10 cups water
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Buttery seafood seasoning
  • 1 pound small red potatoes
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • 7 sticks of butter
  • 1 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  • To a large pot add water , 2 tbs of each seasoning & 1 stick of butter
  • Bring that to a boil
  • While that’s coming to a boil cut each cob of corn into 5-6 pieces
  • Once water is boiling add corn and potatoes for 10 minutes
  • Then remove from water
  • Cut sausage into coins & slice one lemon into 8 wedges
  • Melt six sticks of butter
  • Add juice of one lemon , 2 tsp each of seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parsley ,& minced garlic
  • Then lay down 2 pieces of foil about 12”x12” & divide corn, sausage , potatoes, lemon slices and your thawed shrimp into four packets
  • Fold but leave one end open
  • Divide butter amount four packets
  • Fold other end
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • I did mine on the pellet grill
  • Garnish with more seasoning and parsley
  • Then enjoy !!
