Form ground beef into 1/3 pound Pattie’s and place in the fridge about 1 hour before cooking
After that hour season your Pattie’s with the AP rub and steak rub
Place on 250 degree smoker indirect
While those are cooking let’s mix up the mayo , to a bowl add mayo
1-2 tsp of bbq rub , and 2-3 tsp of the bbq sauce
Mix well and place in fridge until ready to serve
After 40 minutes , glaze burgers with the bbq sauce
Let them go another 5-10 minutes
Then it’s time to assemble and enjoy !!
