Muffuletta Pasta Salad: Easy Italian Flavor in Every Bite

Ingredients

  • 12oz. pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 6oz. salami, cubed
  • 8oz. ham, cubed
  • 8oz. mozzarella pearls
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 2.25oz. sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced peperoncini
  • 2 tbsp. capers
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
