Preheat the grill to 375° or the oven to 400°.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the potatoes and green beans.
Drizzle with the oil and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Add the seasonings and stir well to combine.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
Cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is lightly browned.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
