Heat your cast iron with a little bacon grease on medium high heat
Season one side of your patties with Heath Riles Garlic Butter Rub, and the other with the Heath Riles Everyday Rub
Fry the patties in both sides, until done
about 4 minutes per side
Set the patties aside to drain
Next, make you pasta noodles as the package says
drain and set aside
Next, butter, minced onion and brown those down
Then combine the HWC, sour cream and cream of poblano into your skillet and heat on low until all is melted and well combined
Whisking as you go
Season your mixture with Heath Riles Garlic Butter, add in your pasta noodles and mix until all noodles are covered, I let mine sit for about 5 minutes so the sauce in absorbed in the noodles
Next plate you food, pasta, and top with the salmon patties, Garnish with parsley, to make it fancy!
Note: Add a sliced lemon to the side and top the pattie with lemon juice, This will bring out so may flavors
