Southern Cheese Steaks

Ingredients

  • 6 pack sub rolls
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 pounds shaved steak
  • 1-2 green bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1 pack sliced msubrpoms
  • 2-3 oz olive oil
  • 10 slices white American cheese
  • Seasoning of your choice ( I used Malcom’s gyro hero )

Instructions

  • Season meat about thirty minutes ahead of time
  • To your hot griddle , get down olive oil
  • Then mushrooms , onions & peppers
  • Melt stock of butter and toast rolls
  • After about 5 minutes get down your meat , once seared mix with veggies
  • Add a layer of cheese
  • Once melted mix and cheese again
  • Once melted fill rolls and enjoy
