Fried Garlic Beef and Broccoli Noodles Fried Garlic Beef and Broccoli Noodles is a Blackstone griddle recipe built in stages. Spaghetti noodles cooked in chicken bouillon are tossed in fresh garlic and oil before joining sliced marinated beef, cooked onion and broccoli, and the sauce.

Watch How to Make It

The beef is marinated with light soy, ginger, cornstarch, ginger, and black pepper before it reaches the griddle. The noodle mixture is finished with a small drizzle of sesame oil after plating.

Ingredients You'll Need

Start with spaghetti noodles cooked in chicken bouillon. Cook them before beginning the griddle portion so they are ready to toss in the garlic oil when the steak and vegetables have been cooked and moved aside.

Use sliced beef that has been marinated in light soy, ginger, cornstarch, ginger, and black pepper. The beef cooks after the onion and broccoli, allowing each component to have its own space on the Blackstone before everything is combined.

The sauce uses light soy, oyster sauce, brown sugar, chicken bouillon, mirin, and rice vinegar. It is added in two portions: half goes in when the noodles are tossed in the garlic oil, and the remaining sauce is added once the steak and vegetables return to the noodles.

Mince the entire head of garlic for the noodle step. Keep light oil ready for cooking the onion and broccoli and for making the garlic oil layer on the griddle. Sesame oil is reserved for the final drizzle after the noodles are plated.

How To Make It

This recipe follows a clear griddle order: cook the vegetables first, then the steak, then the garlic-coated noodles. Keeping the cooked components pushed aside makes room for the next stage without removing them from the Blackstone.

Have the sauce divided into two portions before cooking. The first portion is used to coat the noodles after they are tossed with garlic and oil, while the second is added with the beef and vegetables for the final minute or so of cooking.

Slice the beef and marinate it with light soy, ginger, cornstarch, ginger, and black pepper. Mince the entire head of garlic, and prepare the onion and broccoli for cooking on the Blackstone.

Have the light oil, marinated steak, cooked noodles, minced garlic, vegetables, and sauce ready before starting. The recipe moves from one component to the next on the griddle, with the vegetables and steak pushed aside as each stage is finished.

Add light oil to the Blackstone griddle and cook down the onion and broccoli. Once they are cooked down, push them aside on the griddle.

Toss the cooked noodles around in the garlic oil. Add half of the sauce and toss the noodles again so the first sauce addition is worked through the noodles before the other cooked components are brought back in.

Add the steak and onion and broccoli to the noodles. Pour in the remaining sauce, then cook everything together for another minute or so to let the sauce thicken.
