How To Make It

Start by seasoning your shrimp fairly heavy , now let’s set them to the side . Melt your butter and then add in garlic , parlsley, lemon juice and zest , 1 tsp more seasoning, and white wine . In your cast iron cover with butter mixture , then arrange shrimp and cover with more butter. Reserve about 1 tbsp of butter mixture add in bread crumbs and mix well. Sprinkle on top of shrimp.

Bake at 450 for 10-13 minutes . I did mine on the grill . Remove and serve with bread for dipping and enjoy.
